12th & Laura (pictured above) is a development of 4 single-family homes, 3 of which will be1,406 ft²3-bedroom, 2-bath homes with basements, 2 living spaces, plus a huge storage space and 2-car garages. The 4th home will be a single-story 2-bedroom, 1 bath fully accessible home. TTH broke ground May 2010 and homes will be available in early fall. There is currently no waiting list for these homes. Prices will be set when construction is close to completion, but they are estimated to be $100,000-$115,000.

The ARO Tax Credit Affordable Rental Project is a unique opportunity to acquire and rehabilitate 20 fully accessible units that are currently fully occupied, but in need of repairs and upgrades after years of deferred maintenance. Once updated, these rentals will better serve the crucial need for safe, affordable and accessible rental housing.
