Rental Application Form

Tenants to Homeowners (TTH) maintains affordable rental homes in Lawrence to those with very low incomes (60% or less than the median income for Lawrence). This includes, but is not limited to, those receiving Section 8 rental assistance from the Lawrence-Douglas County Housing Authority, those on the E-Housing Connection program and those receiving disability compensation. Our goal is to provide low-cost rental housing to help residents eventually move into homeownership.

We currently have one rental that will become available in mid-June 2010 and we are always accepting applications. There is no application fee.

We own rentals are at the following locations: 14th & Prairie and 11th & Rhode Island.

Fully completed applications may be e-mailed, faxed, mailed or personally delivered. There is no cost to apply, but we do not consider incomplete applications.
