Internship Opportunities

Seeking a Community Housing Development Assistant

Are you passionate about helping others? Would you like to learn more about affordable housing and case management? Interested in how houses are developed? Financed? Built? We are looking to provide an internship to someone who is interested in the administrative and social service aspects of affordable housing. The ideal candidate would be interested to learn the aspects of affordable housing, property management and the social service components of our organization.

Additionally, the ideal candidate would be self-starting, dependable and comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures and socioeconomic positions. Duties include learning about our property management filing and software systems, construction development, aiding with non-profit outreach, designing marketing pieces, assisting staff with upcoming events and learning and understanding the key role case management plays in housing success and retention. We plan to grow this position over the next two years.
